📦 Order Cancellation Guidelines:
- Time Frame for Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
- After this time, your order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
- How to Cancel
- To cancel, please email us at connectbrightaromaa@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation within the 1-hour window.
- Cancellation After Dispatch
- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.
- Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your order is successfully cancelled within the eligible window, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Prepaid & COD Orders
- Cancellation terms apply equally to prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- BrightAroma’s Rights
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues such as product unavailability, invalid address, or technical errors. You will be notified and refunded promptly in such cases.
