Are all products made in India?
Yes, 100%! Every product at BrightAroma is proudly made in India by skilled local artisans using traditional techniques and eco-conscious materials.
How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, click on the product you love, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. It’s smooth, fast, and secure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods: ✔️ UPI ✔️ Debit/Credit Cards ✔️ Net Banking ✔️ Wallets & more
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently, we do not offer COD. All payments must be made online for smooth and secure processing.
When will I receive my order?
Your order is usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing them. After that, they are processed and sent to production or packaging.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
We’re truly sorry! Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at connectbrightaromaa@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
Are BrightAroma products eco-friendly?
Yes, most of our materials are sustainably sourced and made using eco-conscious processes. Our packaging is also designed to minimize waste.

Can I send a product as a gift?
Absolutely! You can enter a different shipping address and add a note during checkout. We don’t include pricing in the package.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

How do I care for my BrightAroma products?
Care instructions are provided on each product page. Since our items are handmade, we recommend dry wiping or using a soft cloth — avoid harsh chemicals.
Do you ship internationally?
